A Beginners Guide to Strength Training6 Week Program
A beginners guide to strength training is a 6 week introduction to compound movements that incorporate accessories mixed in to the sessions to get you the results you desire. There will be 4 training sessions each week that should take no longer than an hour to complete each session. Rest periods will vary based on whether the movement is a compound (3-5 minutes between sets) or an accessory (1-2 minutes between sets). Each session you will be assigned one compound and then 3-4 accessories that will be completed in an effort to strengthen that compound movement you did that day.
