Whether you want to train like an athlete or if you are an athlete and want to improve upon your strength and athleticism, then this is the program for you! This is a 12 week training program, consisting of 4 training sessions per week each lasting about 90 minutes. There will also be 2 upper body sessions and 2 lower body sessions each week you will need access to a gym.
