Carson’s­
Transformation

Carson started working with me at 205 pounds where his goal was to cut weight for his first powerlifting competition. We went on a 8-week journey where he was able to not only cut down to 180 pounds (lost 25 pounds), but also gain strength for his competition. In his first meet, he totaled 1,052 pounds and weighed in at 176 pounds. He squatted 391 pounds, benched 221 pounds, and deadlited 441.

Zack’s­
Transformation

Zack started working with me in October 2019 when he was weighing 280 pounds. He came to me wanting to change his lifestyle and that’s exactly what we did. We worked super hard and that self-determination in the end is the reason currently in April 2021 why he weighs 185 pounds. Spoon as we like to call him lost almost 100 pounds, 95 to be exact. Ka’dondre’s­
Transformation

I started working with Ka’dondre or KD as we like to call him at the end of 2019. Where he was sitting at about 160 pounds, and had always been that guy who was into playing sports, but struggled to gain weight. After about a year of working with me, through strength training and eventually finding a passion for lifting heavy weights, KD was able to put on 15 pounds. He is a true example of where hardwork and dedication can take you! Ka’dondre now sits at 175 pounds.
